Greetings. I ran across this site via a link from Dr. Goop (Thingmaker, etc.) Anyway, I was wondering if anyone has photos from the amusement & ride spot in Wildwood, NJ (circa 1965). It was definitely at "Hunt's Pier." As a kid I especially remember the pirate ship which cutsomers could walk through and see animatronic pirates. For me it was the next best thing to Disney's Pirates of the Caribbean. (And a lot closer being that I lived in Philadelphia!) I think there was also a spook house and a ride called "Hell's Hole" which worked on centrifugal motion. There was also a “life size” statue of King Kong. Please email me if you have photos! Thanks. philnoir@earthlink.net
